“James” Huan Ly has been practicing as an attorney since 2013. Prior to opening his own practice, he worked for boutique law firms and a mid-size law firm with offices throughout the western United States. He has served as primary counsel in matters regarding unlawful detainers, employment litigation, real property/quiet title, personal injury, civil right violations, and business disputes.
He has successfully tried several cases to verdict, obtaining judgments in favor of his landlord clients for possession of their real property and for damages. However, he strives for early resolution of his clients’ matters where appropriate.
In his spare time, he enjoys watching Cal football in the hopes that they reach the Rose Bowl although he understands this might be an exercise in futility. Nonetheless, Go Bears!
